I think you mean Michael Wilson. Michael Watkins presented the overnight shifts and the odd weekend. He always appeared nervous.

Ah, yes, sorry. Mike Wilson is the guy I am thinking of. Can anyone post a cap of Michael Watkins? I cannot recall that fellow at all.

Thanks.

......so nervous, in fact, that he sometimes couldn't face the camera in front.........

"Titan Outdoor announces today that it will be switching news content on its national digital outdoor network of screens, known as Transvision, from the BBC to Sky News. The announcement, which follows a pitch last week, means that Sky News will be seen by more than three million people each week on 17 giant resolution screens located in Network Rail termini across the UK."

Noticed that they have started using a 'Next' box on the top right hand corner...that's fairly new isn't it? Didn't they have something like that at relaunch, but was a bit of an ugly big box?

yes, i noticed it. I think it appeared for the first time last night.

has anybody else noticed an increase in the amount of Fox News style debates on the channel recently, where they get two people with opposing views debating a particular story? Nothing new, but i quite like them. Certainly more interesting than another pointless two way with a reporter.

Anna Botting on lunchtime live today- why?

And I know the simple answer is because Kay is off.

Also, interestingly Martin Stanford in Seoul. Is he anchoring his show from there as he did from Haifa?

Anna Botting has been presenting Lunchtime Live since Monday [and possibly last Thursday]. Kay Burley didn't sound or look too healthy on Friday, so perhaps she is ill.

Kevin Own for the record, now works for "Russia Today".

There has been another reshuffle of Sky foreign correspondents, apparently due to 'tours of duty ending'. China correspondent Domonic Waghorn moves to Jerusalem to become Middle East Correspondent, and is replaced by Peter Sharp. Meanwhile, Five's Stuart Ramsey becomes Sky's Chief Correspondent. 2 questions arise from this for me, firstly, why did they send Ian Woods to Jerusalem for so long if he wasn't to get the job, and secondly where is Michelle Clifford, since she became US correspondent I actually have not seen her once, another cut?
