But if you're being made redundant from a media organisation chances are you might freelance/work for another fairly soon, as such you wouldn't want your vast database of private names/numbers/contacts to be taken with said person would you.

You'd keep your 'little black book' on your work PC?? Anyway, I see your point.

Sorry, but her sickly and simpering presentation style really makes me want to vom. And why does she always have to hold her head at a sideways angle? Does she have spinal problems?

Hello all, here is an aerial shot Sky News Australia has just started using at the toth's. Its nice and I like it... also look at the desk... its a mix of the UK's old and New one!!

I like it, it's more like the old UK studio, a bit dark, they could use a videowall behind the presenters. I don't like the voice, it's strange.

Lucy Alexander has been working in all the possible shifts lately. Now she's back for the afternoon edition of SNT. They could give her a break, where's Paula?

But there's a big difference between being dismissed (sacked), say in a disciplinary procedure, and being made redundant.

There isn't any difference from a business perspective.

Sensible employees always keep personal copies of the important things - but don't tell anyone I told you!

Martin Popplewell did SNT PM and SN Tonight yesterday...

Why must Sky use their awful signing graphic. I have no objection to them signing their bulletins, but when most viewers are losing out on some picture it's weird.

And I can't identify the female presenter!
EDIT: Is it Samantha Simmonds who used to be of BBC London?

ANOTHER EDIT:
