Cheers. I havent seen him much on air recently, as I *hate* Sky News Sunrise.. much better with the two Steves and Lorna presenting. Rather than big man Holmes.
I think he should be placed back n SNT with Mark, and Ginny Replaced with someone else. I am beginning to miss the 3 Presenter format.

I've actually started watching the channel again since they got rid of all that nonsense.
I'm also liking the way that they seem to have slowed the pace down, with all the walking and in-your-face-ness etc

I hated the "wooo we have spent loads on this newsroom... wow a big desk which rotates... and a huge oversized newswall... what more could we want... now which podium should I stand at?"
But I think the 3 presenter format was good, especialy on SNT AM. Martin, Anna, and Anna J were the highlight of the relaunch (apart from the music)

Agreed. However, I never saw any chemistry between the 3 on the afternoon edition, and if there ever was any, it was between Steve and Mark. This new format gives Ginny a bit more space to settle in and gain a little more experience if need be.
As a poster above said, it is far more watchable now, though it does seem a little odd at the TOTH that the lead anchor goes to sit down and then reads the top story.

Someone said on here a while back that he is (or is due to start) presenting Sunrise of a weekend permanently now, with Steve Gaisford shunted to the sports bulletins.

Agreed. Very sad news is Steve G has been shunted back to sports. Steve Dixon should do it Mon-Fri and Steve G being stand-in for weekday and presenter for weekend sunrise.
Holmes should be sacked.

Yes, someone else said that a week or so ago and I agree. There's no need for either of them to sit down, but they obviously do it to provide some 'action' in the wide shot.
One solution = don't do a wide shot there and run the name v/o's over the TOTH ident.
I also find the pace and 2 presenters far better. As someone else, sod the fancy studio and podiums, just read the news for god's sake.
As for Ginny, I saw some of her today and I felt she comes over like a cat caught in headlights and sounds fairly amateurish.
I wouldn't expect any of that will change.
