Yes. He definitely IS Charlie Stayt from Five News, and he definitely IS starting on the BBC Breakfast programme on Friday.
His voiceover has perhaps been cannibalized from the Five news pres, given that Sky now manages that. I ,of course, could be totally wrong with that last comment. Just a guess.
