I believe that they haven't used that slogan for a couple of years now.
Just because Sky News has a well deserved reputation as the channel which breaks news first, people are very VERY quick to criticise and slam the channel when it slips up slightly.
News 24 SHOULD be breaking news faster than Sky because they have access to a much bigger resource to Sky.
Maybe we should be examining why News24 is often behind Sky when supposedly the BBC are now focussing on the channel rather than ATV bulletins.

It's obviously working. No use crying that the big bad BBC has more resources, Sky can use all the excuses it wants but they aren't going to bring in ratings.
Examine away. I've just posted to show how far behind Sky was on this. Feel free to do likewise every time Sky News beats the BBC from now on.

Don't know what was up wih Sky News overnight - at the end of the 11.30pm review, the ticker kept disappearing and appearing, before stand-alone DOG was displayed for a minute or so.
During the 12am bulletin, " |TOP STORIES| Sky News Ticker" text overlayed normal text on the ticker when it scrolled past every few seconds, which lasted for quite a while. It also appeared that the DOG was on top of something else on the ticker.
Then, during the 12:30am CBS News bulletin, the Sky News "Earth" flashed up repeatedly for a few seconds with "Input Unlocked" (written in a font which looked like Comic Sans) on screen.
Strange.

Sorry I should have waited until I woke up!
The CBS Evening News on Sky... Well the video is a bit ahead of the audio (or as its called: Hear Now - See Later). ]
It has been like this anytime I seen it this week.

I have never heard it called that. And you're contradicting yourself... it it was "hear now, see later" then the sound is leading the audio, you're saying the video is leading the audio.
