Surely most people under the age of 65 who dies unexpectedly? The news channels can not possibly cover every single “personality” who dies and have a obit package recorded??!!
Data protection act (or the new GDPR) would be more relevant then FoI as it's information about the individual and I don't think that has the same get out clause that the BBC so loves to deliberately misinterpret.

Sky News had a "temporary fault" card up for about 5minutes from 7:30pm, just after the trail for Sportline, which then cut to the weather sponsor, then a fault card (with music), it eventually returned but with a Sky report on Plastics in the ocean, instead of Sportsline.
