Looks as though the desk in the Glass Box is broken again. Either that of Sam Washington has grown several feet. Perhaps they just need to replace it. It has broken frequently since they've had it...

Ah - it's working again. Fascinating stuff.

Looks like someone didn’t get it raised in time for the TOH!

I wonder whether the impending launches of GB News and News UK TV will spur forward the NBC Sky World News project once again.

I think that channel is dead, for good.

But what will happen to the studio that NBC were apparently building in Sky Studios?

Yes, dead for good.

Seems to be being repurposed into office space from what I heard.

Is it me or are all the graphics a bit 'shimmery' this afternoon? Either that or I've messed up the settings on my TV somewhere.

Edit: seems to have sorted itself out. Might even have been a Sky Q odd bug. As you were Smile

Guardian this morning:-

Test-and-trace figures confirm sharp fall in number of positive cases.

The number of people testing positive for coronavirus in England has decreased by the largest amount since cases began to rise steeply from the end of August, according to the latest NHS test-and-trace performance figures.

The figures, published by the Department of Health and Social Care, show that 110,620 people tested positive for coronavirus in the week ending 25 November, a decrease of 28% compared with the previous week.

Sky Breaking News ticker:-

England Test & Trace says 110,620 people tested positive for Covid-19 at least once between 19 November and 25 November.

How a ticker can turn a good news story into bad news!

The daily statistics are pretty meaningless without the comparable data to see which direction they are going.
Be nicer and more tolerant to each other. Them's the rules.

Such a pity. Well, if it's not too much to ask, I'd like to see a full wrap around screen on the wall behind the glass box then, instead of those scattered screens they currently have. Oh, and also for them to start rotating the desk again. Mix it up, please.

The desk is rotated - or do you mean having the cameras face the opposite direction?
