During the opening graphics for the N24/BBC2 programme this morning at 0900, there was also a caption for "BBC World". Does this mean that all three networks were taking the programme hosted by Carrie Gracie and Bill Turnbull?
I have never seen this before. Was it due to the fact that there is more international news at the moment? World traditionally has a reduced service at the weekend IIRC.

Muist have been a mistake. There was certanly no joint output this morning. BBC World titles should never be shown in the UK as the BBC has no UK licence to broadcast BBC World

I saw it too. It was just the normal titles, but centred was BBC NEWS - which would usually be at the bottom of the screen - and at the bottom was BBC WORLD.

Those are the titles used by BBC World. The News 24 TOG has the ability to use about four different endcaps to the titles IIRC. One of them is the BBC World one.

Well, Breakfast did an interview this morning and whilst it was going on, there seemed to be some problems with the graphics - the tower eventually disappeared and 'Clinton Heart Scare' or words to that effect were appearing in white (with no background). Very strange.

Could this failure have anything to do with them using the wrong/different titles?

What other endcaps are there other than BBC World, News 24?

That's irrelevant. It can't broadcast the BBC World channel in the UK, but there's nothing wrong with showing the same programmes, mentioning it or showing its titles

My point is it can't ident the channel as BBC World. So can't run any titles which name the channel as BBC World.

So did they use the red or the orange titles for that? Because the red titles have not yet been used on BBC World. If they used the red titles with "BBC World" at the bottom this would mean that they have new opening titles for BBC World but don't use them.

They were red.
