ITV have new graphics and new titles - they look quite nice (and they're broadcasting in widescreen! except Westcountry).

Anyone can throw new graphics together (especially a multi-million pound company like ITV plc using the same basic package for every region).
Even the youngest muppets in the mock forum could amend that to produce 17 different title sequences if they were given an afternoon and an ample supply of orange squash.
