She's also back in N6 now on both World and the News channel with Gavin.
She's back in N8 again, very strange.

Is there any reason why both Gavin and Kasia couldn't of remained in N8 at 10pm?
I think the evening events went something like this.
9pm-9:30pm: Tim Willcox and Sue Thearle in N6
9:30-10pm: Sue Thearle and Kasia Madera in N8
10pm-10:30pm: Gavin Grey and Kasia Madera in N8
10:30-10:50pm: Gavin Grey in N6
10:50-11:20pm: Gavin Grey and Kasia Madera in N6
11:20-11:35pm: Gavin Grey in N6
11:35-11:48pm: Gavin Grey and Kasia Madera in N6
11:50-11:59pm: Gavin Grey in N6
11:59+: Kasia Madera in N8
Timings are approximate.
Ooops, I meant N6, all very confusing.

The Facebook account and a couple of Twitter accounts for people of that name were flying about straight away after the TV channels mentioned his name. His pictures were public but apparently his friends were getting lots of friend requests, presumably new organisations trying to access the rest.
If the incorrect person is the brother of the gunman, then what an awful way to find out about the incident where both his parents and brother died.
I'm surprised the BBC (and other UK media including the Mail and Sky News) are running with the unconfirmed name of the gunman, especially after the recent Leveson report etc.
Good thing the BBC didn't run with the image of the alleged gunman as CBS did, especially as it was the wrong person...

I'm not really sure it matters really. Of course when the story first appeared it was no-where near as big, my first thought was 'just another American shooting'.... although sad it has come to that
Does anyone know which news agency was the first to break the story?

Yes, indeed. It was all very sketchy at the start with names being banded around.
