An interesting cap here, notice the BBC NEWS dog on there, it looks to me that BBC NEWS 24 now run this static graphic underneath the TOG graphics (you see this during WBR shown on News 24)

I couldn't agree more - I know people on here love him for some reason but all through the morning he's been constantly trying to give us background information but then he gets lost and thats why Jonathan has to talk over him to bring him back on track, simply because he knows more about the topic than Tim does!

Willcox & Charles - a future pairing for News 24? Don't think so!!!
What is it with Tim - no wonder he's normally just on his own, he just can't work with people. Whoever I've seen him with he always tries to take charge, which is totally unrealistic as he's usually by far the poorer presenter. He's like a jumped up school prefect.
I hope Jonathan will punch him in a minute, or get Nicholas Witchell to sit on him!

Yes - Willcox has been simply awful in this pairing. Classic example about an hour ago when Tim adlibbed a little analysis, Jonathan Charles added a little more, to get about six words in when Willcox just says 'okay' over him, in the manner that a presenter would use to silence an annoying studio guest. It just looked awful. Jonathan Charles took the hint and let the Willcox show continue.
PS Jonathan Charles has been to Iraq, you know. Listen carefully and he might refer to it.

If Kirsty was presenting "The World" at 2000 then she would have been wearing a poppy, as it is broadcast domestically on BBC Four.
