Coming back from an ad break on tonight's Six-One, the sting froze for about ten seconds before playing. Had a look to find the clip, but for some reason the 'entire show' option for tonight's programme isn't available. Strange...

Meanwhile, Sharon's gaff from last night is here.

The "entire show" option is indeed available. Don't know what you are talking about Smile

It's still available for every other bulletin, just not the Six-One from November 1st unless you've found it elsewhere (And I do hope you have Smile ) Have a look here.

Why is Nuacht not in the studio?

Also, Una is back on the NIne. She looks really young all of a sudden!

My apologies. You sent your post on 2nd November and I thought you mean this one. The strangest thing is that the option isn't visible there too now but it was before... ? I've been watching it for sure!

Both those links are from November 1st! So it's probably just the one bulletin that the feature is unavailable for. One hopes so anyway.

Nuacht wasn't from the studio because they were at Oireachtas na Gaelige from the Millennium Forum in Derry. The link to that bulletin also includes one of the idents, for anyone that hasn't seen them already Very Happy

Ah. I didn't see the begining where they would of said something about it,because I was watching through my slingbox.

Hello

Does anyone has an idea who's Eibhlín de Paor and what she's doing at the Cinnlínte Nuachta?

You can watch the whole Cinnlínte here (2:16 long)

She also did News with Signing after Nuacht (Scroll to 8:24 - complete with audio feck up!)

She's so bad my mother was compelled to come into the room and ask the same question. Has she any experience in front of a camera? 'Hope' is a phrase we use too much when it comes to RTÉ, but anyway lets hope she'll get better. Or better yet, just get rid of her altogether.

Meanwhile, Niall O'Carroll get's his days mixed up at the start of Six One. Also from that bulletin - obsessive RTÉ branding. I know people have complained before about the RTÉ microphones in shot, and the fact that there's two RTÉ logos on the screen. Scroll to 25:20. This one's just taking the mick! And just think, we've a whole winter ahead of us!

News with Signing sounded a bit strange but I didn't make a big problem of it - I thought that because Siún was absent in the studio some accidental person presented that bulletin. On vision Eileen (hope I can write it this way..., Irishmen?) sounded terrible. She reminded me Brid Og Ni Bhuachalla with the famous ending smile. I think Sharon would be the better person to present it.

Don't make a case of Niall's cock-up - it's not technical though Wink even Eileen Dunne could make a mistake like that.

And the thing that really makes me nervous - the Cinnlinte Nuachta are almost always included in the source file of the One News - why the webteam can't make a webpage with links to the bulletins (look at my link which I've compiled) it's so easy to do and so important to be present on the website (I'm learning Irish and subtitled news are very important for me to compare the ortography to pronounciation).

A very good evening.

To be fair, it could happen to the best of us. Actually, it probably happens to the best of us fairly often. Just a shameless way of including the link Wink

My sentiments exactly. Whenever I watch Cinnlínte Nuachta I usually try and test myself. Why they can't make those pieces accessible (as you've done so well here) is beyond me. There's a negligence towards the Irish language on rte.ie - it would be nice if that would change
