Not really. He mispelt his name, leaving out the R's but the sentiment was there. It really didn't need someone to nit pick it.

Being 28 I don't particularly remember him very well but sad nonetheless.

BBC Parliament will show the entire 1974 General Election programme as a tribute to Sir Alastair.
