Reporting Scotland Refresh

Rumours in the BBC Reith thread that Reporting Scotland is getting a refresh. Nothing confirmed though.

There is a new presenter starting Monday. Ie its the Last possible day for her to start in October.

I do believe a team from the BBC Scotland wardrobe department are buying several floaty neck-scarves as we speak..........

Glad to hear that RepScot is getting a slight refresh. Long overdue.

The revamped music is the part that I’m most curious about.

A point to clarify: when we speak of title changes, we mean visual changes, right? The Reporting Scotland brand isn’t going, is it?

I think even though there is now a thread, its mainly been talked about in the main BBC News thread.

I wonder if these rumours are actually true. I have doubts about that.

I've got a feeling too much was said about and by the person who initially posted the rumour.

with wales today when Jamie left it was new music and presenters, tell you what the headline bed from the 2014 studio refresh was nice

She is deffo starting on Monday. its even on Iplayer.

I saw the original poster say "they're even getting rid of the map!" or something along those lines. If that's referring to the opening titles then it certainly would be a big change for a nation/region to break away like that, so quite hard to believe.

Weirder things haven happened though.
