what changed?

Not much - perhaps my fellow Scottish members can capture something from the main bulletin?
New story slug, and headline wipe, plus an increasing use of the "BBC NEWS Scotland" branding on the screens alongside the pictures...

Are we definitely heading towards new titles? I remember on this thread somebody indicated that RS would have the new titles come the move to Pacific Quay. New presenters might be even better.
Apart from David's hand movements when he's reading the news, it seemed tonight that if they're in a 2 shot, the person who is not reading the news story pulls a bemused face...

Well I think you need to know how this forum works. Some posts are correct and others are false...you should treat posts with a pinch of salt until you know otherwise.
Many people say what they want and hope for - but we are not thinking BBC/ITV/SKY bosses etc will pay any notice to our thoughts.
The chemistry between Jackie and David has improved simply because they have been told to get their act together. I also think that if there was a real threat of younger presenters coming into the fold sometime soon - they would be going going gone!
I should come clean and say that I do not like David Robertson at all and I think that Jackie, Sally and Anne for that matter worked well as solo anchors. The anchors at Reporting Scotland do not work well with each other and it looks contrived and false seeing them together.
All in all North Tonight and Scotland Today had much better pairings and the most decent Rep Scot pairing was Allan Douglas and Jackie Bird back in the late eighties early nineties.
