The only person I can think of is Eamon Holmes' missus. Can't think of her name though.

I really think they should give Jenny's position over to a great female presenter/reporter used by Meridian East. Her name is Lis Spieght. She look lovely, very personable and is the sort of girl who wouldn't turn you away for an autograph. Go HTV (or should that be ITV West News) give her the gig.!!

Lisa Aziz and Glen Thompsett, now THAT would be a team.

Blimey !

What a motley selection, three old women and one that looks like she's sat on a lemon all day.

I hope ITVW can do better than that sad old lot of second rate presenters so I have someone decent to watch on my preferred news programme.
Its alright for you lot, none of you watch it or claim to. Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Nick, I hadn't thought of that double combination, but yes, what a good idea. Glen is no stranger to the West, having broadcast on a number of radio stations during the 1980's and early 1990's, namely Severn Sound, Wiltshire Radio (which became the giant we all know as GWR) and didn't he start his career at hospital radio in Moonraker country??
I've watched his career closely - it would be nice to see him back in the West, could certainly inject a spot of personality into what is fast becoming a very dull programme.
