Don't normally bump old threads but thought I would post an update. According to the NY Post Fox has extended their deal to remain in Mid Town Manhattan for another five years through 2025. One of the reasons why Fox decided to stay was that the owner of the building, Callahan Capital Properties, promised to make improvements to the building by modernizing and improving public spaces.
