Has the 10am hour on BBC News stopped being simulcast. Just the standard "This is BBC News, I'm Victoria Derbyshire, Here are the headlines" and said Good Morning after the titles.

I have just realised today that when a presenter says you’re watching bbc news and then pauses is that a channel opt out somewhere else?
