Breakfast normally continues until 10am on Saturdays on BBC One.

I know but though they ended at 9am if BBC One ended at 9am

Breakfast has always gone on till 1000 on News Channel on Saturdays. Even if BBC One have left.
It’s been like that for years.

Do they? I thought it always aired the normal length on a weekend on the news channel

The Queen’s birthday celebrations are happening this morning, so Breakfast ended early in order to fit in Saturday Kitchen.

And usually, it only airs in full on Saturdays, on Sundays it ends early for the Match of the Day repeat when that’s on.

I’m not sure I like it, looks a bit rushed and I don’t get why the title appears to be in what appears to be a mobile phone / iPad black outer square? For a programme that isn’t about what people are looking at on the internet / phone, looks a bit odd.

And it seems News Channel and World have started going separate ways at weekends again at some point this afternoon as well as the 5:00pm, 6:00pm and 7:00pm were definitely separate-be intesting to see what happens at 9:00 to see if WNT is about to make a comeback or not.

9-11am tomorrow should still be simulcast if Andrew Marr is using studio E?
