BBC News (UK) presentation - Reith launch onwards

Yes don't quite understand why he felt he had to announce it. Wasn't like there was another camera cock up which warranted it.

The iOS app has been updated with a new icon featuring Reith, but when you launch the app on iPhone it shows the old BBC News loading screen but on iPad its the new Reith logo version.

Only just got the iPad today and noticed the update for my phone as well so thought this was only today it happened. Plus you only mentioned that it had updated, not the mismatch between phone/pad apps.

A little mistake has just happened on the Six. Grant Shapps name appeared below the BBC News logo on it's lower third's.
