Real time topic on Thursday

It's been waiting in the wings for a while but tomorrow night from just before 9pm this main election topic will be available to view in real-time with constant updates - no reloading the page. Posts can be made as normal and will appear exactly the same so feel free to upload your images, video and links.

And whilst watching the coverage you can keep an eye on everyone's comments without lifting a finger.

With the launch of Sky HD tomorrow might it be an idea to start a fresh Sky News thread too?

Will there be a quick post feature at the bottom of the page? Perhaps it's not a good idea to make it so easy to post, but would help if you didn't have to leave the page at all!

If it seems like a success then yep, although only really for topics where there's likely to be a decent amount of discussion in a short time period (Eurovision is probably a good bet for it)

Yep, it's a major milestone for the channel so a good point to start afresh.

Yep, clicking the reply button reveals a reworked version of the posting page form on the same page.
