This woman's really building her part.
On the news channels yes of course, I can't remember if the last 2 were carried on the main channels, I suspect 2001's would have been but not 2005's
Do they have an inauguration when the president is re-elected into office?
Certainly the first American political event in my life which feels like a real moment in history, but really it's just one big propaganda party.

No CNN had it alright. I've got CNN on my TV and BBC World on my live station. BBC One joins at 4pm Is this normal for an US Presidential inauguration to be carried on UK television?

I think its to do with PowerDVD which I am using to capture from a recording off my Dreambox. Because the recording is in progress I cannot copy the file over to my PC and then capture in VLC which is better.

Each of the major US Networks provides pool feeds from separate locations. Think NBC is doing the Capitol, ABC the Whitehouse etc.
In turn there is a single EBU "super pool" feed (in both SD and HD) being backhauled for European broadcasters - which will be a mix of the NBC, ABC, CBS etc. pools in the various locations.

On BBC no one is ettin a word in edgeways, Matt Frei is actin as the main commentator for all the events. I take it one network is contracted to provide all TV coverage for events on the Capitol.
