If a member of your family is seriously ill with a tumour, why are you spending time on the internet posting about newreaders' clothes?

Hmmm. Also, saying that, Sian was wearing an outfit that looked very similar to Jane Hill's. It was the lemon jacket with white top.

NOTHING to do with television presentation or the clothing worn by presenters. Either you feel up to logging on here and posting, or you don't. There are people in a worse situation than you, and they don't complain, so YOU most certainly don't have the right to. I seriously recommend that you button your lip. And if that's a rude comment, then so be it.
What I actually came here to say is that, whether or not a clothing allowance is payable by the employer, any clothes that are bought by the individual and are seen in vision are tax deductable, so you DO get something back for them.

although it is beginning to appear that c@t's comment could equally apply to a fair amount of people on these boards. life is more important than TV presentation.
althought, incidentally "Kaplinsky", me and my mate were laughing at this forum and decided that your username is the ultimate in pathetic desperation. If nothing else, that woman does not deserve immortality, anyway...

To be fair, though, it seems a bit rich to criticise someone for posting something irrelevant to the forum, then to take up half your post giving him a stern dressing down.
If you only clicked "Post" to make the comment about clothing, perhaps you should just have stuck to the second paragraph rather than adding the first...
