I would think so, when they have done Live OB's from the BBC bureau in Rome before, they usually come off a small balcony looking into a random street - I believe the office is very small inside.
It is probably a set being used by other broadcasters too, it will be like the one at the London Stock Exchange - which is used by all the broadcasters and needs to booked for certain slots. I'd imagine its the same set - up with this set.
