Anyone think BBC National news need to tweak their astons to fit in more with News 24?
They could do with getting a soapbox for their guests as well.

Freedom of speech, dear.

Nothing has been posted that is offensive, so step off your moral highground.

Why do religious people ALWAYS think they are a cut above athiests? I find it disgusting the way athiests are victimised by the wider media and religious groups and individuals.

This isn't the time or the place to be posting such things, save it for the N24 thread.

Why? Yes it's sad that the Pope looks set to pass away shortly but the description of the forum is "Television news presentation and related comment". I am simply commenting on the BBCs presentation of the coverage. If you want to talk purely about the Pope then you're probably in the wrong place.

I thought it was the 2 Ronnies for a moment Laughing

I think it's down to a lack of being able to plan much for obvious reasons.

Seem to have crossed wires on ITV - some Italian commentary seems to be mixed with Bill Neely's package

When and HOW did BBC News 24 join the BBC One news? I watched the TOTH at 22:00 and they weren't simulcasting. I turned over about 5 minutes later and then the John Simpson report was simulcast. The Zimbabwe report was also simulcast before BBC News 24 left the BBC One news to return to rolling news on News 24.

Did anyone see how they joined and left the BBC One feed?
