Darren is ready for any special programme that's needed before the Ten.

They are interviewing anything that moves, and it is April 1 - so who's going to get the exclusive interview with God? (I don't mean to offend, just getting a little bored of the repetition)

When JP dies and BBC News interrupt BBC One and possibly BBC Two, I am assuming it would come from the National News studio - would they also interrupt News 24, or would N24 carry on on its own?

I'd say tonight's the night...

In Ireland our Nine News is on now - extended to run the hour from 9 till 10 - an extra presenter,
Bryan Dobson too - the equivilant to Dimbleby in times of mourning...

Newsreaders are dressed in black and have black ties - RTÉ's reporter in Rome also has a black tie. Is it the same on News 24/Sky at the minute? (someone's hogging the satellite here )

Things will change... big time, as soon as its announced, the floor manager will proberly chuck in a tie for the male presenters, dont know about female though!

Italian TV : Vatican statment shortly... proberly to announce the death..
