This whole saga has moved on at such a rate and to such an extent that the original basis has, largely, been lost.
"Little Willy", I LIKE that description, has, indeed, suffered from the problem that we all did in our formative years, that of not understanding exactly what "off the record" means.
I've had sight of a document today which I expected would clear everything up, but, sadly, it doesn't.
It starts "Susan Osman has decided", which, on the face of it, looks pretty clear as to who's decision it was. However, the remainder gives the pretty firm impression that it was a decision rather akin to that of David Blunkett, so the "did she go or was she pushed" question, in my PERSONAL opinion, remains unanswered.
I think it's unlikely that we're ever going to know the truth.

I DID have a hunt on the old hard drive, where there used to be three or four, but they must have gone in one of those "why the hell does defrag now take twelve-and-a-half hours" moments.

I hope not. I watched last night, and Imogen Sellers was reading the news. I thought she was a breathe of fresh air. Outshone David Garmston and seemed far more natural than Amanda can be at times. If we can't have the lovely Susan, perhaps we can ask the powers that be to let us have more of Imogen instead.

well mabey she hasnt been on News24 yet so she cant have a profile! she has to sort of leave Bristol and get to London and do some type of rehersals (like so she adapts to the N24 Broadcasting Enviorment)

Envoirment, eh? Well, I thought that Ms SO had been hosting oily parties on the graveyard shift - Saturday night/Sunday morning on N24 for a while, now. Like years, man. So why no profile? I also think that people who know, like Mr Handsome (funny name), might say that the garments so often presumed to be doilies are, in fact, antimacassars.
