Nick, it's a shame you didn't try your contacts when this was raised before (by ABC123 or Sally Challoner as you've since implied). Those of us who love Susan's presenting could have started a campaign to keep her. Instead you just joined in the peer group jeering of the person who it now looks like was a far more reliable source! From my own experience in this field, I suspect Susan decided to leave QUICKLY, but I don't imagine it was her choice to leave.

I don't remember ever suggesting that abc123 was anybody in particular; I was specifically ASKING who they were, if memory serves.

As to trying my contacts at the time, I seem to remember that I did, but the reply started "Off the record", so I published nothing here.

if william is lieing (which i dont think he is), i dont think he might keep it up this long.

besides a good while ago he went to the Points West studio with a few of his friends and made their own news show, i wonder how he did that. Mabey Master Osman asked Susan to ask the BBC, think back!!!!
