Admittedly that is funny Smile

Certainly Six is a bit less serious alright and ought to be; it's more of a family/dinner time bulletin. I still can't get used to the banter though - there's knack to being friendly without being silly. It's a tricky thing to achieve.

Two words - Bill and Sian

(or indeed, of late, Bill and Natasha).

They've nailed the art of banter perfectly, be it on Breakfast, the Six or anything else. Perhaps George and Sophie should watch and learn.

Hayton / Stuart would be an excellent pairing for a "serious" and banterless Ten O'Clock News, in a fashion where we go back to having the news and only the news, without all the other twaddle that very often comes with it these days.

What the hell has that got to do with it?

It's like saying "Darren Jordon (even though he's black)".

Racist comments like that aren't welcome on this forum!

I don't like the way he takes those deep swallows and then has to pause after them as if to fully clear his mouth of saliva, resulting in the first words of the following sentence being kinda strange.

Yes, okay, I'm the one who's strange...
