I was on UKtv Drama and managed to miss him.

Thankfully, Trevor Eve knows how to choose tie colours.

Peter Sissons - wasted on BBC News 53. Does he still dance around the newsroom a la Children in Need past.

talk about digging up old posts.

I think Sissons should return to the 10 though.

No, I like Peter but I prefer Huw Edwards and the lovely, lovely, Fiona Bruce. Smile I can't wait until the new seris of Real Story starts, we'll be able to see her on our screens more often. Very Happy

With the most recent breaking news story coming from a Vatican Hospital over the last few minutes lets not hope it turns out to be a de-ja-vu moment for BBC News and Mr Sissons this evening.

I would imagine that networks would interupt schedules if the Pope was to die tonight?

Si!

I was thinking earlier that that would be quite a coincidence.

No doubt.

There wouldn't be much need to interrupt the schedules as most of the night in BBC ONE it's N24 anyway.

Yes I think it's safe to say that if he dies during that one hour and 25 minutes, BBC ONE will not interrupt News 24 to show News 24.

I think welshkid meant if it happened earlier in the evening.

He'll probably be dead by the end of the weekend.

He probably IS dead, and they are just waiting to get the paperwork sorted out or something before they mention it.
