I would agree, but the show seems to have a tone of snobbery about it. It's not just Tom, it's most of the 'at Ten' team.

Probably shows they've achieved what they set out to achieve.

As for Peston himself I'm not really a fan of his style. He seems to take forever to get to the point.

It looks like a regular slot for Allegra. That music just doesn't fit a political/ current affairs programme - even if it's a more lighthearted take on Sunday mornings. It screams 'ITV daytime'.

(I think the Daily/Sunday Politics titles and theme are ill suited too)

That (very small section of) theme sounds a bit gameshow-like to me - if anything, a tad over the top. I rather like the Daily/Sunday Politics theme tune though.

Who cares about the theme tune?! It's the content of the programme that matters.
