I saw one of those reports on sky . They seemed convinced it was genuine , all i thought was that it was a strange time for a heath fire. I was half asleep watching it so I had forgotten about it until i saw this. Another cautionary tale ...

The fire was real enough - it's just that you don't get many elk in Dorset.

The heath fire was real. Those specific pics were bogus.
