PC Virus Hits CNN/ABC

A virus affecting Windows 2000 has somehow got to the major news stations.

Rather coincidental the worm hit three media companies all at the same time.

I was flicking through the channels on my old analogue radio and I came across a station which was reporting that a virus was going to effect a lot of Windows 2000 systems. That was early this afternoon.

It's even effecting Capitol Hill. The virus makers must be celebrating right now!

Time to run LiveUpdate and barrier myself on high security me thinks.

Oh dear, oh dear. When will they ever learn that prevention is better than cure.
