Where is the BBC's Bethany Bell based? She used to be Vienna correspondent (I study German, I'm not some rota geek! 
) and was good on the radio at explaining Austria/Eastern Europe issues. Now she normally seems to be in the Middle East whenever I hear her, but she was in Modena - if she's still in Vienna she'd probably be the nearest correspondent - for the funeral so I'm a bit confused now.
