... and she'll have to serve full 45 days sentence. This judge rules, not letting her get out of this just because she's famous.
First time I'm enjoying watching Fox News. Studio B with Shephard Smith is hilarious, showing pics of her crying in her car and imitating her sereaming voice. Sky News is also having Fox News, and CNN joined CNN US. Even Alastair Yates on BBC is talking about this.
I'd quite like to know what odds you might be able to get on her being released and sent back again a second time before the end of the sentence. I have a gut feeling this story is going to get even more absurd than it already is.
I'm sick of the G8 summit and Madeline, nothing new happening there. I know Paris doesn't deserve all the time she gets in the news (at least outside US), but I think this isn't just about her. It's about the law being the same for everyone.
Urgh. This isn't worthy of coverage on the news channels.
Typically, ITV are running with it too this evening on the 2230 bulletin, even M**k A**t*n thinks it's hilarious - I bet Johnny Irvine is well embarrassed at having to cover the story rather than something serious.

Aww, I feel sorry for her. She has to serve a minor sentence in gaol*. How awful. Considering she obviously had the money for a taxi on the ocassion of her arrest I am frankly concerned she got off so lightly.
A driving ban is a driving ban, no matter how rich you are or how cute you can make yourself look.
