Does anyone know where the BBC film the opening and ending of Panorama? I'm referring to the bit with Jeremy Vine introducing, or summing up a programme.

Yes, and <pedant> technically they aren't "licence payers" - do they write a cheque for £120 a year made out to "MR. T. V. LICENSE"? No, they pay the license FEE for a LICENSE. </pedant>
