I wonder, how many 'nations and regions' headlines will be hosted by the late bulletin presenter rather than someone who was on 30 mins earlier (if it's not the same person) to avoid the main hosts staying back 30 minutes longer than usual

Heaven forbid that the *untouchable* six o'clock news scripted part at the end may have to change, George can't adlib, but Kaplinsky can have a good old pout still.

In the West Midlands, apart from Fridays, the late presenter is normally one of the 630 presenters. (Friday late night is Ashley Blake night!)

I do hope they let the presenters say more than two words at a time on the programme.

The titles have ONE in the bbc one style, like in the box logo. Um, looks an interesting set, glass with some red seats lol. Wink

So how exactly is the hand over to the One Show going to be done? Are the regions going to hand straight over, or will there still be a return to N6, but five minutes earlier than normal, and then the link into the next programme?

Why not have an ident into it... its a seperate programme to the six.

I thought that the News update will follow the ONE Show follwoed by the news headlines, at least that is how it is listed in the Radio Times.

I checked on the Sky EPG and it said there is regional headlines after The One Show
