There hasn't been a ticker all day I don't think, I flicked over to the NC a few times throughout the day and there wasn't one there....
There has been a ticker on today. It was on during breakfast on the News Channel but then at around 9:45am it through a strop on screen flashing between the breaking (red) setting and the headlines (grey) colour. It then went blank and all of the graphics then faded off screen. The ticker then re-appeared at around 10am and has been on periodically through the day.

Ticker on the NC right now - not having the hippy shakes, for once!

Oh it does still have the hippy shakes, after the Breaking strap finished everything froze, they just have a mammoth long Breaking string which never seems to end scrolling at the moment.
