Indeed he has - gone into a program about Will and Kate now though. Seems then as if they're doing a fully fledged News at Ten with standing up intro and rehearsed scripts if they're preparing for it in N6.
They did the same before the Six, ran the recorded programme about Will & Kate just after 5:30

5am Early Show - Tammy Gooding (ex Brmb & Smooth) in for Daz Hale.
630 Phil Upton @ Breakfast, with Tammy doing the sport!
930 Joanne Malin (Surprised as last strike she was off!)
1200 Richard Wilford (Doolan's off anyway, so Wilf was the cover anyway!)
1400 Danny Kelly
1600 Paul Franks
1900 Sport : 2020 Cricket (which was replacing Jenny Wilkes Soul & Motown anyway!). Currently overunning but Loyd Williams & Tracey's Jail Mail still scheduled to air.
So WM have only lost one presenter, it appears, not counting scheduled cover presenters/shows.
Has anyone got a 'full house' of BBC Local Radio, or are there any really badly affected?

No ticker on the News Channel atm. Also, as mentioned on his Twitter page, Adam P is taking over from Chris R after the Ten, I presume he'll then stay on til 1am?

I used to work with Lynda at a radio station in Cambridge, I always wondered where she went!
John Young presented the lunchtime South East Today with recorded weather from Alexis Green. Said he'd be back at 6.30.
