Adnan Nawaz is back on BBC World for his 5th hour thus far. He's perfectly good at this. Been doing it for years anyway. They're even doing a live to Tahrir Square at the moment.
It just feels like a usual weekend shift over here, apart from the presence of the Biz Anchor.
If you leave aside newsgathering a second, would I be right in thinking the News Channel and/or World News copes a lot better with major breaking news. More ad-libbing, more use of library pictures, more excuse for being unorganised. More reason for lengthy interviews.
I seem to remember last time round the Channel really picked up when Emma Crosby could cover the breaking news on a train crash (or something).
And this woman on BBC London. She was on last time but I can't remember her name for the life of me. She's not in the terrible Millbank studio this time however!
