I remember being in Norway, the family I was staying with purposely put it on TV2 because their King was having a get together in the London with the Queen.
Not too keen on the set, but the graphic look is nice and the music is really good.
Also interesting to see they're using the full 16:9 frame. When I visited Scandinavia last year I noticed a lot of terrestrial TV was in full letterbox.
I think RTÊ did that people on these forums would call for heads. Its not overly impressive and quite unprofessional, the sets nice but doesn't really have a purpose, the graphics are poor to say the least and the reports don't look overly inspring either.

Hmm - I saw a couple of Swedish shows initially try and use the full 16:9 frame, and then suddenly everything started coming in from the edges and became a lot more 4:3 safe...
AIUI 16:9 letterbox is more popular on analogue (and 14:9 no longer used - if it ever was - in some countries) - however the issue of 4:3 centre cut output from digital set-top boxes feeding 4:3 (and incorrectly set-up for 16:9) TVs is still an issue.
