Bit of a pause as the two came back together, but 18 minutes in isn't as bad as it could have been

It looks as if the sports news is included in the opt-outs. As the presenter came in on Tyne Tees, though just for a couple of minutes, I'm suprised they didn't just get Simon to do the report and not bother to come into the studio..

The sting did the same on Border too.I must admit i don't realy like it the Presenters seem nice but i prefer Fiona and Tim and the proper Border Lookaround .This programme is just a jigsaw puzzle.

West/Westcountry got that too, but assumed it was because ITV Westcountry was so 'behind the times' before that it was 'normal' for all the other regions.

Simple cover - large itv logo on the plasmas. Not as bad as it could've been.

Who is that weather presenter She's like Rebecca Of Sunnybrook Farm, to good to be true. What about the Leeds team where are they now i know Debbie left .

I see no mention of the region name at the end anywhere in the studio, and no DOG, not even 'Tyne Tees & Border' - Tsk!

From what I'm aware there's no longer a team at Leeds now, the weather forecasters now do the weather from their region. NE Tonight & Lookaround's 'new' (or rather demoted) weathergirl is Philippa Tomson, but before the NE Tonight and Lookaround merged she was reading the news in the evening bulletins.

Ah, yes. They found an easy way around the problem of using the show title as email address - instead offering viewers the chance to contact the show on pam&ian@itv.com, and pip@itv.com

I prefer her reading the news actually .She seems a bit over the top when Presenting the weather .Is Kenny still at Tyne Tees i used to like him on Border .

He voiced a sport report tonight.

Not sure about just sticking the itv logo on the plasmas, but cool idea for the email addresses. Love the use of the gmtv 'news' logo as part of the DOG.
