No the GMTV bulletins are always presented like this now just in front of the plasma with a side camera angle.

Don't fret, a 'Border News' DOG is seen in the Border TV region, just like the separate Lookaround and NET DOGs.

If you listen carefully you will notice that Tyne Tees (and now Border) are still using the 2004 cut of the regional news title music, the only regions to do so.

Not tricky or expensive if you have to have split feeds for other reasons - or pres/playout may do it?
