I agree. I think she's a great newsreader who reads very well. Streets ahead of some others on Tyne Tees and even the BBC locally.
Helen Ford presenting tonight, she seemed to show a bit more personality during the weather segment with Alex. I know she gets some stick on here but I actually think shes quite good.

Disagree he is very calm, maybe to calm for NET and big cities but very good for the rural border area

I didn't say he wasn't calm, I just said he has an irritating nasal voice. And quite as boring as the woman you protest too much about on a regular basis.

I think Helen is a good journalist.. Just her voice grates me! We all have our both opinons.. i suppose if you have listened to helen for a long time you understand her and her voice better!
