I missed Friday too, so at the beginning of the opening did it have the carlisle/newcastle backgrounds b4 the titles and then it went green (which would of looked naff) or did they just have the generic background?


And tim presenting around up in Carlisle? was it in a small studio or something or just from the office?

I thought of you when Helen Ford was on! She really is awful - what is that voice all about. Surely its put on?!

haha I couldn't resist a moan - People talk about someone like Tim Backshall having no personality - Come on Helen is lullaby! - Rachel bullock isn't too bad but i wouldn't really want to see her at the 6pm bulletins much - doesnt suit her.

Thing is there isn't many female replacements for Pam other than Philippa. Helen Pearson isn't too bad in the grand scheme of things
