Save your images as .jpgs not bitmaps which result in unnecessarily large file sizes.
Resize your images to 640x360 before uploading by using image editing software.
I could also mention that some image hosting sites offer image resizing tools but I wouldn't want to take business away from our friends at Metropol.

Pam has been off for a long time its like 2 or more weeks.. with Pip doing her new weather feature thing they are getting short of a female 6pm presenter.... Nice to say Helen Pearson Back at 6pm! Rachael Bullock done gmtv/lunch today
I bet Helen Ford has never done a 6pm program ever till last friday... they could of got someone like Kate Fisher who has done a main bulletin

If they just didn't pretend just were open your watching Lookaround and North East Tonight majority of people know this! They mention 'tyne tees and border' sometimes in the pan-regional so they should stop with the pretence
