Excuse me but they actually do ask for anything to be emailed to them - positive or negative views of the programme included!!

Yeah! I mean the other thing I emailed was something about pan-regional etc and the borders (cause i mean us guys here in scotland are like ignored pan-regionally!) ... I Heard nothing.. it's like a swear word you can't mention negative viewpoints!

Perhaps bosses wanted business as usual? Ian interviewed the prime minister on location in the afternoon and Pam did the late bulletin so they're both working anyway. So may as well anchor the 6pm programmes.

On something completley different - and im archiving a bit here! I was just wondering Couple of months ago Lookaround/NET was unavailable to watch on Sky and you had to watch it on Freeview. On Sky we got Granada Reports and Tony Morris explained this there was problems for digital viewers... I was wondering how could this happen you would think it would be a problem with all northern regions as the opt-outs comes from Leeds.

Yeah i've seen well i think although STV don't cover south scotland it was good they covered this.. it was tragic.. I'm from Kelso, I knew the lad myself, i even was having a laugh with him on Friday - unbelievable ...

That was such a terrible tragedy and my condolences are with you and his family and other friends. Kudos to STV for covering the story. I guess even though the Borders area (i.e. Kelso) comes under Border that they are showing their coverage covers all of Scotland, just like I'm guessing some STV Central stories are covered under STV North and vice versa.

Lovely to see presenting a feature tonight! Probably be months before we see her again.

I see tyne tees & Border have sorted out not mentioning that they are going live when it's a pre-recorded 15mins as tonight Lookaround was VT'd and they said 'Lets go to Tim Backshall' (missing out Live) and they never had a live caption

Also they cocked up both regions joining up as Pam said 'Lets return to Gerry Foley' (refering to Tyne Tees) but forgetting Lookaround never saw Gerry!

There always seem to have technical trouble opting out of GMTV for Helen's bulletins as you can see her saying hello but cant hear her!

Also anyone else noticed that there arent any traffic and travel problems ever reported - its always no problems to report. Surely in the massive super region there are some problems??

Maybe the matter of some wee road in the borders isn't big enough now for the super region
