I think the best are Jon Snow, Alex Thomson and Krishnan Guru-Murthy on 4, and Mark Austin on ITV. Paxman and Gavin Esler are pretty good on newsnight too.

I like Snow but not so many of the others on 4, can't stand Mark Austin and dont forget Kirsty Wark, I think she's great! And on News 24 I think Joanna's very good (it wos about time they recognised her talent!)
