Ladies and Gentlemen,

This is your Chief Stewardess speaking. As we’ve now commenced our final descent towards 2016, I would ask that you return to your seat, fasten your seatbelt, make sure that your seat is in the upright position with the armrests down. Please also fold-away your tray table and your footrest. Make sure that your hand baggage is safely stowed either in the overhead locker or under the seat in front of you.

Please also ensure that you complete this landing card prior to our arrival at our destination. On behalf of everyone at TVF Airways, we thank you for flying with us and we hope to see you onboard again in the near future.

I'm surprised there is no award for silliness. Kay Burley's sad dog in Paris Tweet would get my vote.
