Heres mine;
Best Newscaster on a News Programme: Faye Barker from ITV News (Hopefully she'll get more exposure now the 5:30 is gone)
Best Regional News Presenter: Nina Hossain (Like her on regional & national)

Best News Channel: Sky News

Best Sports Presenter: Jackie from Sky Sunrise
Best Weather Presenter: Laura Tobin from Daybreak
Best Business Presenter: Dharshini David from Sky News.
Best Music Package: BBC News- It's just a classic!
Best Graphics Package: Sky News.

Hard as Nails: Julie Etchingham
Most Improved Presenter: Sarah Jane Mee. (I think she improved at a lot co-hosting Bolton & Co.)

Best Discovery: Philippa Tomson (Although, I preferred her to Pam Royal, when Philippa hosted North East Tonight I could not of seen her on national news, so I'm surprised at how good she is)
On the slide?: North East Tonight (More and More I notice border stories getting into the sub-regional part!!)
Understated but deserves a gong: Emma Crosby. (I thought she was good at GMTV and hasn't disappointed at five news either.)

Most missed, but not neccessarily deceased: Lukwesa Burak on Sky News overnights (although Philippa and Paula are more than great, it would be nice to have the three share duties.)
News Story of the Year: The same as BBC WORLD Olympic Coverage. (Especially BBC News, but all networks, really put out some great coverage)
TV Forumer of the Year: Is it rude to say... Sierra Oscar? :')

Nobody elses vote really matters on this one...
Hard as Nails: Lyse Doucet

...she's already been given the trophy.

TV Forumer of the Year: Is it rude to say... Sierra Oscar? :')
Well, no one else is going to.
TV Forumer of the Year: ITNCameraman
It's called 'TV Forumer of the Year' not 'which forum member would giving a compliment to be most advantageous or you?'. I'm being slightly cynical here, ITNCameraman does seem to be a good value member.
Best Discovery: Natasha Kaplinsky
She's good isn't she, I just don't understand why it's taken her till 2012 to break into the industry.

Best Newscaster on a News Programme: Huw Edwards -always has the right tone, and always cool and calm calm
Best Regional News Presenter: Christa Ackroyd - gets both the serious stuff and the light hearted stuff spot on. Comes across as a very nice lady and her and Harry make for an excellent pairing. Look North isn't the same without them!
Best News Programme: BBC News at Ten - a great format and tone that hopefully won't change in the NBH move
Best News Channel: BBC News Channel, for the quality presenters, good breaking news coverage and fair coverage.

Best Sports Presenter: Olly Foster - I see him going a bit further up in sport in the next few years, very natural presenter.
Best Weather Presenter: Paul Hudson - always an enthusiatic but easy-to-understand forecast. Usually right too.
Best Business Presenter: Adam Parsons - has the charisma that most business presenters lack. Excluding Aaron Heslehurst and Richard Quest of course - they're a bit too much!
Best Music Package: Newsnight
Best Graphics Package: None stand out to me but Sky News are the nicest to look at

Hard as Nails: Lyse Doucet - a true pro
Most Improved Presenter: Julia Somerville on the News Channel. She's a lot better than she was when she started (wrong cameras, struggling with breaking news etc.) and of course that authoritative voice makes a great change.
Biggest Disappointment: 5 News. News content is better but there's nothing that would make me want to watch it. The rubbish studio with those tight shots and stand-up presentation does them no favours either.
Best Discovery: Sue Thearle. She's never been that popular on here, but I think she does a great job on the news, and she did excellently last night with the terrible US story, under big pressure broadcasting on BBC World too.
On the slide?: Daybreak - started out good with Lorraine and Aled, and got worse. It's the original Daybreak all over again...
Understated but deserves a gong: Fiona Armstrong - she's not on that often, but you'd think she'd presented on the News Channel for years. Authoritative voice and welcoming to watch. She was great on Breakfast and I'm disappointed she's not been back to present it since.

Most missed, but not neccessarily deceased: Moira Stuart - I think she'd be great for the Saturday/Sunday bulletins and certainly better than bringing on Tim Willcox or Clive Myrie as cover all the time.
News Story of the Year: Olympics
TV Forumer of the Year: BBC WORLD, for being unflappably friendly to all the members on the forum and always enthusiastic!
